Creator Program Rules

Account Requirements

  • Must use your personal or business main channel/profile
  • Profile/channel must be clearly yours with active engagement
  • No newly created accounts solely for rewards program
  • One reward account per creator

Prohibited Activities

  • Using alternate/secondary accounts
  • Creating accounts specifically for rewards
  • Buying followers or engagement
  • Cross-posting identical content
  • Spam or automated posting
  • Misleading content or clickbait
  • Using other people’s accounts

Content Ownership

  • Must be original creator
  • No reposting others’ content
  • No AI-generated content without disclosure
  • Clear attribution for collaborations
  • Content must be your own work

Program Integrity

  • One submission per platform per month
  • Maximum 1000 credits per month per creator
  • No repeat content across platforms
  • 30-day minimum between similar content
  • Regular audits of submitted content

Suspension/Termination

  • Immediate for rule violations
  • Credits may be revoked for violations
  • No appeals process for clear violations
  • 6-month cooling period before reapplication
  • Permanent ban for repeated violations

Content Review and Disclaimers

All content submissions are subject to careful review by our team. ProfitOutreach reserves the right to:

  • Decline any content submission that does not align with our guidelines or quality standards
  • Adjust credit awards based on factors including but not limited to content length, quality, engagement, and adherence to guidelines
  • Reduce or withhold credits for submissions that feature minimal mentions, unfair reviews, or fail to provide meaningful value
  • Make final determinations on content eligibility and credit awards on a case-by-case basis
